Two shutouts, one a no-hitter, 

for Fallston Cougar pitcher

Travel-team Harford Xtreme Showcase and Fallston High Cougar pitcher Lauren Pupa hurled a three-hit 4-0 victory last Friday, May 4, over the visiting Havre de Grace High Warriors. 

The win secured second place in the Susquehanna (lower) Division. Lauren allowed just 3 hits, while striking out 8 in a complete game 7 inning performance.

What to do for an encore? 

Why not back-to-back shutouts? Why not a no hitter this time?

Well, that is exactly what Lauren delivered yesterday, Monday, May 7, against Elkton High Golden Elks, winning 10-0.
 
Lauren once again threw a complete game shutout, this time allowing no hits at all, and registering 4 Ks. With the win, Fallston High closed out the regular season at 13-4 overall, and 12-2 in lower division play.
