Lift, push, flip, jump...
INTRODUCING “THE TIRE”!

The Tire is the latest addition to the Harford Xtreme Showcase practices. Washed, scrubbed, and made ready for a new station in the team's Sunday exercises by Head Coach Charles Weimer.

The Tire is a whole new dimension to the team's strength and conditioning program, not to mention its terrific aerobic benefits.

Lift the tire, flip the tire, jump in and out of the tire, and start again. That's the routine. Legs, back, shoulders, arms and core all get a great workout in what is rigorous, continuous motion.
