Sunday practice...

It was snow, ice and bitter cold outside, but inside today at the Proving Grounds Gymnasium (Forest Hill, MD) young women were sweating. 

These were Harford Xtreme Showcase gals moving at a steady, rapid pace for four hours through ladder drills, jump ropes, light weights, conditioning balls, fielding and hitting exercises, throwing and rundown routines, and pitching reps.

Next week, Sunday, January 29, hitting against live pitching is scheduled. Hitters, slappers, catchers and pitchers be ready! School-ball is just 31 days away.
