The Delaware State University (DSU) Hornets have climbed to 124 out of 289 DI teams in the most recent NCAA Softball RPI poll. The RPI is a measure of strength of schedule and wins and losses. 

This is the highest that Hornets softball has ever been ranked and, possibly, the highest that any DSU athletic team has achieved.
