Saturday... 

► COPPIN: The Coppin State Eagles came out swinging in route to a 15-0 victory over the South Carolina State Bulldogs. Freshman outfielder Taylor Kairos, Baltimore, Md, drove in three runs.

Savannah Snyder


► SHEPHERD: Senior infielder Delaney Bell, Glen Burnie, Md, drove home the winning run in the top of the seventh inning to lift the Shepherd University Rams to a 10-9 win over the Tusculum Pioneers. Freshman designated player Savannah Snyder, Elkton, Md, added three RBIs in earlier innings. 

Alexis Fisher
Sophomore reliever Alexis Fisher, Sharpsburg, Md, worked the final 3 and 1/3 innings to pick up the win.  
Tayler Schaefer, Dunkirk, Md, and Shanan Plunkett, Hagerstown, Md, each contributed a pair of hits.

► TOWSON: Senior right fielder Brianna Jones, Baltimore, Md, chipped in two hits to a 13 hit barrage from the Towson Tigers in their 12-3 defeat of Morgan State Lady Bears.

Tiffani Whaley

► COPPIN: The Coppin State Eagles won both ends of a doubleheader against the South Carolina State Bulldogs. In game two's 5-3 victory, pitchers Tiffani Whaley, White Plain, Md, and Paige Arnold limited South Carolina State to just six hits.

Savannah Snyder


► SHEPHERD: The Shepherd University Rams swept a doubleheader with a a 4-2 win over the Lees-McRae Bobcats and a 4-1 triumph against the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers. Freshman catcher Savannah Snyder, Elkton, Md, went 2-for-4 and drove in two runs.


Kris Durham

Senior designated player Kris Durham, Queen Anne, Md, added a 2-for-4 effort with a solo home run.
