Top rookie honors awarded
Freshman third baseman Jess Grisler was named the CAA Rookie of the Week.
Jess guards the hot corner for the University of Delaware Blue Hens (Newark, DE) who play only a few miles north on I-95 of the Harford Xtreme Showcase (Md) practice fields.

In this young season, Jess is tied for the team lead with 13 hits and eight runs scored while ranking second on the squad with a .342 batting average and seven RBI.
